Thanks for making the video - very informative.
Looks like a great plugin you have created there ;-)

Few questions / comments:

   1. What do you think about making the intro and thank-you fields rich
   text (HTML)?
   2. It would be neat if the from address can be sent to the value from
   the form - similar to the CC option.
   3. In the video, there was no Display methods
   - is this a coming soon feature?
   - can you build your own webskins to display the form?
   4. Can you have fieldsets?
   5. Do you use Farcry formtools?


I like the reporting, nice feature.
