objectadmin pagination issue

Has anyone else noticed that (and I've seen this in News and Events) the 
list of items gets messed up when a content item has a draft and approved 
item. If you look at my attachment you'll see on the left everything is 
fine, but once you create a draft version of an object the pagination 
renders the list incorrectly. I've added a dump of the query passed to the 
skin:pagination so you can see the data vs result. Correct rows renders but 
the new draft object gets it's own row and bumps off the last row from 
displaying.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a quick fix for this?
