I now have running on Railo 4.0.3

I had to rename a function arraymid as it exists in Railo - but that
function is not used.
You need to add a web (apache/iis) mapping for /googleanalytics


Well done Blair - this look very impressive
I hope it means something to our Marketing people :-P
