Re: New website url's | FU or not | 301 redirect

It's mainly for URLs like:

http://www.website.com/index.cfm?newsid=2300&read=1

so emm there are dots in it but I assume those dot's are no problem as 
there are always dots in index.cfm ?

Also right now I see a Farcry FU: 
/links/bandstemmen-fenomeen/bandstemmen-fenomeen
As you see there is 2 times "bandstemmen-fenomeen", how can I solve that?
