Farcry 6-2-9 - containers

I have this container
<con:container label="#stObj.objectID#_Pod3a" />

If the page that it is own has a draft version made, and then the rule is
updated (in this case richtext rule - content updated), then the page is
approved, the rule content goes back to the old content.

I thought that when a page is published, it keeps it's objectID.
