Long loading time when using news listing rule for all categories

Hi all, i have 26 categories for each there is a listing rule. The navigation "Categories" shows 10 of the most recent articles based on a listing rule that shows recent articles from all, 26, categories. Even if i only show 10 articles one one page (set in the listingrule) it takes some time to load.
