Error page for FURL that doesn't exist?

Hi All,
I'm just trying to sort out error catching once and for all.
I'm just up to the bit where if there is a FURL that can't be resolved to
something, is there a way of putting a default.
ie if http://www.mysite.com/catch-a-mouse/ doesn't exist we get the default
'That page could not be found Please push back...' message.
How do I add a template somewhere that these errors get resolved to?

Cheers Phil.
