Custom Object Overview Buttons

I have set up custom objectAdmin buttons/actions using 
lCustomActions="#lCustomActions#" & aButtons="#aButtons#" in objectAdmin.

Is there an easy FarCry way to also get these new actions into the Object 
Overview?

I am guessing that one way would be to copy webtopOverviewActionsPrimary 
into my content types webskin folder and manually add the buttons.

Site is using 6-2-1
