Members to change there own password?

Hi All,
On 6.07 what would be the easiest way to give 'members' access to the 
'editOwnPassword.cfm' form? I see there is /user/forgotPassword and 
/user/forgotUserID are there any others?
I have a few sites running with member access, strangely this is the first 
time I've been asked the question, but I bet it's not the last.
