Friendly URLs and duplicate content issues (seo)

I am curious if anyone has considered and or is concerned about how FUs can make it appear as though there is duplicate content on the site (a Google SEO issue). As you know you get an FU for a dmNav AND for the dmHTML In my set up I therefore get 2 urls for the same piece of content. Any thoughts or comments regarding Google penalizing the site?
