Ah yep sorry.. forgot there is no official installer for 7 ;) You'll be glad to know that 6.x to 7.0 is a seamless upgrade. Just install any 6.x release then swap in 7.0 codebase and try the new ?updateall=projectkey to update and auto-deploy all non-destructive changes to schema.
