When I try to Open Library to associate media or content I get 404 - File or directory not found.

I have a site running on Farcry 5.1.6 on IIS7.5 (Windows 2008 R2). All was working well until today when the user noticed this problem. Each time I try to Open Library, to associate media or content I get 404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
