My guess is that they are looking for it to be more like a Knowledge Base.
i.e. "How Would I do X?"  Something another reader can use 6 months or 12
months later.

Whereas your question was more like a bug/issue/feature-request that you'd
commit to Jira.

At least, that's my guess as to what they're looking for.
