Cannot access COAPI Tools

I am getting the following error when I goto COAPI Content Types:

Could not find type for locked from smallint

I'm running Far Cry 6.2.7

I created this site/shell using a skeleton I exported.  I also switched the 
database (same datasource name) to import translated content for the site. 
 Is the database name change a possible issue?

Another possible related issue is in one custom object I have a join to 
another custom object so people can related items.  The related items 
listed in far cry don't match up with the items in the database.
