Hmm.. it looks like this is a symptom of upgrading from an early build of
FarCry.

You probably just need to add a project key reference into the constructor:
  <cfset THIS.updateappKey = "chelsea" />

Take a look at this annotated constructor:

Your constructor should look a lot like this :)
