FarCry Core 7.0 uses TinyMCE 4.x and custom configurations from version of
TinyMCE 3.x are no longer compatible. The
"projectname\packages\formtools\richtext.cfc" most likely contains a custom
configuration, so if you just remove that file and do an updateapp it
should work.
