Regarding the JS error, yeah would have helped if I turned debugging back 
on :)
 
I now get a similar error on the same line as you:
 
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'setAttribute' of undefined or null 
reference 
tinymce.min.js, line 7 character 9482
