Hi Geoff,

I removed the whole installation, going for a FC7 solution instead.

However - when I try to run the installer I get an error saying that:
*Attribute validation error for CFFILE. The value of the FILE attribute is=
=20
invalid.*

Being a shared host I could not enable robust exeptions - but still managed=
=20
to track the problem to the lack of a farcryConstructor.cfm file.
I added a farcryConstructor.cfm file to the webrootpath folder. However -=
=20
the installer then claimed a mismatch in DB type when choosing MSSQL 2005=
=20
or newer (towards a MSSQL 2012 db). I then tried against a MySQL db, but it=
=20
seemed to assume that it was installing with an existing db - and gave=20
"table not found" type errors.

But as I understand it - a farcryConstructor.cfm file should not be present=
=20
in a first time installment.

Looking forwards to your advice :)
