Thanks for the reply.  I have attached the image.  Definitely has sRGB profile.

I have seen this error on some JPEGs that are using the CMYK color mode,
the images should be using RBG.

If your sure the images is using RBG, please give us a URL to the  
source image so we can take a look at it.
