Angela,

In those cases I usually just create custom documentation for my clients =
with examples to help walk them through their custom application that =
I've made for them.  I sometimes make video tutorials (since they are =
the fastest to make and often easiest to digest), however PDFs with =
screenshots seem to be the most preferred option.
