Another navigation question

Dear friends, we are testing FarCry for first time to use it for local TV station website. Sorry for newbie question. We have structure like this: Genre (e.g. Cultural, Animation, etc) -Programs (e.g. Cultural News, Museums, etc) --Episodes of program. My question is this. I have navigation nodes for Genres, and they works fine showing left on left sides my Genres and taking to respective pages. How i have to add Programs under Genres so they will appear under each respective Genre items? Do i have to create navigation nodes under Genres for each Program, or there any other better solution?
