application.adminBundle[session.dmProfile.locale].CacheManagement

I just installed farcry 3.0.1 and the installation went just fine.
However after I updated my general config settings and ran the
fckEditor update I am seeing the following in red on the admin tab in
the left context menu.

application.adminBundle[session.dmProfile.locale].CacheManagement

I have seen other posts where people state changing the locale, or
restarting cf service, clearing cace all have worked for them. None of
the items listed has fixed the issue for me. Can anyone point me towads
a fix and maybe why this is happening? Is this just a bug like the tabs
when you log in (restart fixed that) and are the being addressed in
3.0.2? If not I may help the team knock some of these bugs out.
