Sorry no idea.

You may want to liaise with Jeff Coughlin on the US locale translation 
-- he was the original translator and may already be in the midst of 
updating etc.  Either way I'm sure he'd love the helping hand.

All help is much appreciated -- I just wish I had a bit more time to try 
and coordinate peoples efforts.  Once we break the back of the 4.0 
release (and we're real close) I should have a lot my time to dedicate 
to managing community contributions.
