In the same thought... another thing that has been lacking is the ability to
"approve" a file/image when uploading from something like a dmHTML object.

More often than not the client creates/edits a dmHTML object an uploads a
image and inserts it into the page.  They review it and it looks fine to
them (not realizing that they are reviewing a draft).  It might be some time
before they figure it out (or someone notifies them) that their image is not
displaying.

My suggestion: On the image upload form (from dmHTML) maybe have an option
to approve (or request approval depending on security) right in the form.

Its because of the new media library and the loss of simplicity from dmHTML
that I have been getting a lot of frustrated clients (and several of them
asking me to look at other CMS products).
