It depends on how dirty you want to get your hands dirty.  FC4 is definitely
much better than FC3, but work is on-going on the form tools and the library
support.

For BD - I think the main thing is the dependencies on the

Well I'm not a developer of the farcry_core, nor am I a New Atlanta
developer, so I couldn't possibly comment on whether BD or Farcry are being
made to work with one another.  That would be a question for Geoff Bowes and
Vince Bonfanti...
