Please help me! IE7

Please help.

I have a live site that cannot be edit it IE now.  The whole department went
with IE7.   I found this bug but no solution so far.

I have FarCRY b211 and FourQ b121.

Can some please let me know how to fix this. I need to fix this ASAP.
