Geoff,

I am going to say this, and I would appreciate you understand it from our
point of view. When we deal with clients, we need to know that the support
and documentation to a product is going to get us the answers we need, as
much as what our clients require.

Since V2.3, the documentation has/is being neglected far to much. Sometimes
it is very hand to print something out for future reference, in a nice easy
documentation that gives enough information that one can always go back to
read.

The best example of this is SVN and the documentation is very detailed, and
can be printed out and used at any stage without having to go to the
computer and search through link after link of information.

I know I sound like a broken record, but it's what can make or break a
product.

Coldfusion has the added problem that companies do not see it as a serious
tool, without open source products for coldfusion making it any more
difficult. I know of 4 farcry sites that are being redeveloped in favour of
PHP open source products for that very reason.

And to top it off, I was again pointed back to the wiki after stating that I
neede more than what the wiki offered.

Sorry to bring it up again...
