Query of Queries Run Time Error

Probably finger trouble, but whilst following Jeff C's video tutorial
where he creates a new HTML page I continually get a Q-of-Q error
thrown up by CF.

All I have done is to add text to the body of the new page and pressed
save.

In fact, all I have to do to make this happen is to make an image
available to the page, i don't even have to have any text or images on
the page for it to flag this error when saving.

I am running FC 4-0-3 (1673) with CFMX7 on XP and IE6.

Here is the error text thrown by CF:
