You need to look at authoring webskins for your project.

But for starters....

Webskins
are associated with a specific data type.  In your case you're looking at the
dmHTML data type.
dmHTML webskins are included in the mollio default project.  If you look in
projects/"myprojectname"/webskins/ you should find a bunch of folders.  One
of these folder is dmHTML.  In there you will find displaypage*.cfm and
displayteaser*.cfm files.

displaypage prefixed files are the ones that, as the name suggests, page
displays are based off of.
