Installation complete but instructions incomplete and inaccurate

I foolowed the instructions respectively the dtabase and installation
was completed succesfully but I cannot access the default page of  the
project I made or anything else. Everytime I write for example:
http://localhost/myporject/ it goes again to reinstall
