Unfortunately, this is a restriction on the ColdFusion server that
your host has applied that prevents code from executing createObject
or cfobject.  These calls are the basis of any object oriented
application in ColdFusion -- you must have access to make these calls
in order to run the FarCry framework (any many others for that
matter).  You're only options are to talk to you host to have the
restriction removed, or to move to a new host.
