Hi All. 

Could anyone point me to training standards for
curriculum related to: 
- Single sourcing
- Content reuse
- Reusable learning objects (RLO)
- Learning content management systems (LCMS)
- SCORM &/or IMS standards coptetencies for end users

In particular I’m interested in outcomes and
competencies to introduce object-oriented content
management to non-technical end-users and subject
matter experts.
