Michael,

A key problem is to not split the knowledge between CMS-List and
CMS-Forum, so we are hoping that Drupal technology and the cms-list-moms
will permit us to "Subscribe" the CMS List to receive submissions to CMS
Forum.

There are some hairy details about the message ID in the mail headers to
permit proper threading of messages.

But the basic idea is that the CMS-List is the main repository and
CMS-Forum is a tool for organizing the best knowledge for those who
can't do this in their mail readers.
