Gary - All the usual project management (e.g., expectation management, budget management, status reports, etc.) and CM management (e.g., metadata taxonomy, information architecture, etc.) but MCMS-specific would include: - use of SDOs, whether scripted or manual, to deploy data needs to be thoroughly tested - integration of deployment through SDOs and ASPX files so that all changes are deployed in sync - use of custom placeholders to extend metadata assignment and workflow functionality - integration of search package so that security and metadata are respected when returning results Good luck, and feel free to hit me up for questions.
