Hi Paul,

As one of the organizers of OSCOM 3 at Harvard Law School Berkman Center 
for Internet and Society this spring, I am quite familiar with the 
arguments for open source.

You will see that all the major OS CMS are represented in the CMSML 
(http://www.cmsml.org) database at CMS Review.

In addition, as you might know, the OS community already has a great 
forum going at CMS Info (http://www.cmsinfo.org).
 
So thanks for your well-intentioned (if "half-assed") criticism.

Shall we start an Open-Source Forum Topic?  Will you contribute to it?
