CMS Pricing models

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of the CMS resources out there have any information
on the pricing models employed by different vendors?

I don't mean actual $$ pricing (although that would be interesting too), but
am more interested in the model employed.  Some examples might be:
- license per CPU (eg MSCMS)
- license per CMS user
- license by site size (eg. Page/content object)
- license per domain (eg. Ektron)
- license per content database
- license per physical publishing destination

Any examples of pricing models of commercial vendors or comments on any of
these potential models would be appreciated.
