Single page log analysis

Dear All,

I asked a rather general question regarding search engines and reporting
tools a few weeks back and got no response so I'll try to be a little more
focused this time. 

I worked for an English university and we have just bought in a cms but it
lacks any external reporting/log analysis. We have a couple of networks of
content providers presently trained up in Dreamweaver who we will be
retraining to use the new cms. We want to be able to motivate our staff by
allowing them to view basic statistics on each page they maintain as easily
as possible e.g. Number of unique visitors, change in number from last
month, etc.

We presently use WebTrends Log Analyser and have had a look at WebTrends
E-Business but neither provide this page by page analysis for content
owners. I would be very grateful for information regarding reporting tools
which provide this kind of functionality which I would expect to be a
requirement of many web teams.
