Maritza: Hi all - I'm new to the list, and hoping to find some advice on a documentation management issue I'm having. Our management team is looking for an easily implemented and maintained solution for creating a web-based (intranet) blueprint of all our development documentation - that's everyting from high-level business requirements, to potentially system diagrammes, test cases, etc. All these documents are neatly organised into a directory tree for each release version of our different products. What's the best way to go about publishing all this content automatically, keeping in mind that future updates to the source documents (in a Visual SourceSafe database) must be updated in the html versions too? I've had a brief look at tools that are available, but I'm finding it difficult to gauge the usefulness of the various tools without some perspectives from other users. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated. *** Maritza van den Heuvel Technical Writer t : +27 (0) 21 799 4236 m : +27 (0) 72 437 1210 e : [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------- Software Training Technology (Pty) Limited Smartsource House Regent Square Doncaster Road Kenilworth 7708 Cape Town, South Africa t : +27 (0) 21 799 4230 f : +27 (0) 21 762 5844 http://www.stt-global.com ------------------------------------------------------- The contents of this e-mail and any accompanying documentation are confidential and any use thereof, in whatever form, by anyone other than the addressee for whom it is intended, is strictly prohibited.
