Tridion 4 + any commerce server = experiences?

I am working with further developments of the the 
technology producing our global websites. We have
a relatively large Tridion 4 installation. We are looking
into integration with a e-commerce solution. My 
Question is, Is there anyone of you who have done any
e-commerce integration with Tridion DS? Recommendations
wanted. We are considering MS commerce server,
Intershop etc.
