portlets on ig 2.9

Hello,

I recently upgraded my ig from a 2.8.0 to 2.9.7. Since then, I have 
problems with my portlet. It is executed, but I have strange behaviours 
after the first manipulation. This happens only on the live context 
(working and preview works fine). I tested on different machines, and 
the result is always the same.

Here is the sources i tried to display my portlet :

#set($portletName = "esup.esup")
#set($myPortlet = $portalLogic.getPortletWindow($portletName, "esup.esup"))
$myPortlet.setAttribute("componentId", "esup")
$myPortlet.setAttribute("languageCode", $templateLogic.locale.language)
$myPortlet.setAttribute("siteNodeId", $templateLogic.siteNodeId)

$myPortlet.render()

I tried with JSP and common:portlet : nothing changes

In Administrations>Portlets
<list>
  <application>
    <warName>annuaire</warName>
    <entities>
      <entity>
        <portletName>annuaire</portletName>
        <preferences/>
      </entity>
    </entities>
  </application>
</list>

I did not use the infoglue's mechanism to deploy the portlet, i put it 
directly on my different servers.
