Problem deploying portlet

Hi, my Tomcat is "looping" with this error:

of the deployment service. Check your logs for warnings or errors.

- No connection in thread, exiting terminate call...

But this error only appear if i try copy a .war to my
new_webapps/anything directory.
And if i remove, and start tomcat, when i try deploy a new portlet at
Administration Portal it shows me this message:
"This application cannot be deployed because, the deployment services
are not available.
Please , check Jahia Server settings and control if the server disk
path is correct."

In jahia.properties my "serverHomeDiskPath" is equal to a directory of
Jahia that contains a "webapps" directory
