Is leferay suitable for a project like this ?, a manufactur website system with the following specs

I am in starting of a new web application for a manufacture
as all manufacture it should have some sections like
news , support , store , partners , design sections ,product announcment,..
it should have some other features ,like i18n (two languages for
start), it should be designed with a changable look and feel , ...
is liferay suitable for such system ? or if it is not can you pleas
help me with introducing another framework ?
I and other team members know Struts well , is it compatible with
struts?or it hs its own taglib/MVC framework.

I need RTL support too, (right-to-left for both portlets and portlets content).
do you have any plan for your next version(s) / it could be helful fo
developer/user who works on it.
