Hi,

You can add a file field in your container. The user may then add a new
image using the file field, preview it (launch a new preview pop-up), switch
in the HTMLArea/ActiveX editor and just drag'n drop the image in the preview
pop-up.

But I agree this would be a good idea to integrate a link on the Java WebDAV
File repository (for images) + a link to the sitemap (for internal
links) directly within HTMLArea.HTMLArea was discontinued in February by the
original authors but a fork of the project was created here:
http://xinha.python-hosting.com/

If you go in the examples, they developed some plug-ins to mount a file
repository and/or a sitemap directly within HTMLArea
(http://xinha.python-hosting.com/wiki/Examples) but the code is in PHP. So
may be a good contribution to migrate it to Jahia ;-)

Cheers,
Stéphane
