I do not know, it is perfectyl usable with any kind of binary files. Of 
course like this is through the http protocol, uploading 60Mb files may 
cause some timeouts but nothing to see with Jahia....

We are integrating the uwcal calendar server 
(http://www.washington.edu/ucal/ ). You may find the current source code in 
the CVS. However this will only work with the next release of Jahia (Jahia 
4.5) as this relies on the new portlet API.

If you just need a small calendar to manage let's say some events on a JSP 
template, you may checkout the corporate template CVS. You will find some 
new blog templates with a small calendar.
