More complex searching

We have some requirements which may be satisfied by Jahia 4.5 or what do you think about:

1 The user will be able to do a search on all different fields provided. For example published by, edited by, title, containing text, image text.

2 The search result will include both published and unpublished materials with a clear indication of what is published and what is not.

3 The user will be able to do a free text search including Meta tags. The search result will include both published and unpublished materials with a clear indication of what is published and what is not.

4 The user will be able search for everything published on a specific date or period.

I think the user must be some active user because he/she must be able to se not published material.
