Get a current language indicator

Hi all,
 
I'm trying to internationalise the default jahia porlets.
One of the problems is that the .jsp files who manages the pages's display of theses portlets work in another context than the template ones .
 
In order to avoid this problem, I have created an inline method which access to ressources bundle files to translate some harcoded words. This method works well.
However, I need to get a  indicator to the current language used in the page to adapt the parameter  to my method.
I believe that it's impossible to use Jahiadata JData as it is done in the declaration.inc file (because of the context)
