Insert a webapps in a page.

Hello,
I have a problem when i trying to insert a webapps in my jahia site.
If i create a box with content "web application" it's ok
After i click on add a web application it's ok
After i would choose my web application and when i confirml i have this message :

I think i must configure one thing but i don't know what :)
