Search Engine reindexation

   
  Hi all,
  I am currently trying to resolve a  indexation problem of the Lucen Serach engine in my Jahia Site.
  After upgrading my jahia site (from 4.06 to 4.1) site , the search engine desn't seemms to considers the ancient content. 
  I have tried to reindex the search engine through the "manage search engine" part in the administration console. I have followed the different instrcutions displayed but I didn't manage to re create a new index. 
  The indexation cycle doesn't seems to finish. And so, when i do a new search lucene find nothing and Tomcat display an error (as you can see on the attached  logs file).
   
  If someone have an idea...
