slide fix for Jahia 4.1.1

Hi,

Some users mentionned previously some issues occuring in the file 
manager when documents have been uploaded in the public or private 
directory of any users. After a restart of Jahia, an attempt to 
access both folders of any users will produce an error.

A fix is now available which will correct the problem and/or prevent 
it. You can find the procedure to patch your installation here :

This fix will of course be included in the upcoming 4.1.2 release.
