Error: OperationsManager.handleOperations

We have recently doubled the memory allocation within the Catalina.bat
file to resolve a number of Java.Lang.OutofMemory errors (set
JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx512m -Xms256m).  This seems to have resolved the issue.
This morning however the site stopped and produced the enclosed log.  I
would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue to ensure that
it does not affect future service.

3.99GHx, 2.00 GB of RAM

Running 2 instances of Tomcat, one for Jahia and the other for Jira

SharePoint also installed on the same server
